So excited to find denim shorts that are longer! Color, fabric, style is great but they run large. I’m usually a 26 in jeans and 4 in pants/dresses. They are final sale so wanted to get size right. Ordered a size 2 since previous reviews said they ran big. They were big in waist, but love them so taking another chance and ordering them in a smaller size.
I’ve noticed Kut from the Kloth brand tends to run bigger in general. I’m 5’5 and 124lbs, with an athletic build. If you’re my build (rectangle), I recommend going down 2 sizes. If you have a more feminine physique with hips, I recommend going down 1 size.

I'm only 5'2" and generally steer clear of longer, Bermuda shorts for that reason. I personally think they look better on taller people. With this particular pair of shorts being only a few inches longer than shorts I'd normally wear, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did because as with other Kut from the Kloth products, the quality is great for the price AND the style is better than I expected. If you're looking for a pair of Bermuda shorts and don't want them to be too long, these shorts are a great option!
