Finally jeans that fit me, in a classic wash - but def SIZE DOWN
For reference, I am 5'11, 35 inch inseam, 140 lbs, 30-31 inch waist depending on bloating, 38 inch hips. By the size chart I would have been a 10 or possibly a 12. Based on the sizing bot which told me to size down by 1, I should have been an 8. Based on one review by someone with similar height and weight to me, I ordered a 6 - and they fit perfect on both my waist and hips.
The stretch on the waist is amazing. I'm menopausal and permanently bloated so can almost never button pants. I can leave these buttoned even when I am sitting down. Feels like a miracle.
They are a 10 inch rise - more of a mid rise than high rise. They do not sit on my natural waist and fall about an inch below my belly button. When I sit down the waist gaps just a bit in the back and is lower than I would ideally want but my underwear does not show. Good enough.
Fit awesome through the butt and thighs, I hope they don't stretch out too much! I would have preferred a straight leg but the boot cut will do. The inseam hits just above the floor, I will be able to wear with sneakers or flats which is my preference.
The wash is perfect. None of those ridiculous crease marks or significant color variation, just a classic medium wash.
Great jeans for tall women. Recommended!

Natalie High Rise Bootcut
These look great and KUT always seems to have a fit that flatters. Go for petite if you’re on the shorter side because they are long and I’ll need to hem or cuff them. (I’m 5’3”)

Comfortable jeans!
These jeans are stylish and very comfortable however extremely long! I am 5'3" and had to take off 4" on the size 4. I often have to hem pants but this was extreme. The petite was out of stock in my size . These pants also run large so go down 1 size.
