    Kelsey Ankle Flare Pants

    These pants fit perfectly. My waist varies 25-26 inches and a size zero fits perfectly. I am short so can wear these as full length pants or shorten to ankle length. I liked them so much I ordered another pair and will shorten one and leave the other one long to wear with heels
