Do you ship to my country?

At this time we are only shipping orders to The United States.

How much is my shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49 to the Continental United States. (7 to 10 business days)
We offer Standard Ground Shipping on all orders under $49 to the Continental United States for $7.95. (4 to 5 business days)
Alaska and Hawaii shipping is $8.95 for Standard Ground. Next Day Air not available to AK & HI

When will my order arrive?

All expedited orders received before 10am PST will ship the same day. We currently do not offer Saturday delivery.
Any order received after 10 am PST may not ship until the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All other regular shipments are shipped with in 1 to 2 business days.

How do I use my points? 

You must login to your account before you check out to use your points.  They will be applied to your order at checkout.

How can I contact you about my order?

When will my refund show in my bank?

Once your product has been received by our warehouse it can take 3 to 4 business days depending on your bank.  The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.  Please contact your bank to see what their policy is.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unwashed, unworn, or defective may be returned within 30 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. All items returned must have the original garment tags still attached. Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or if the item(s) sent are found to be defective.

Step by Step Instructions for Account Holders

  1. Log into your account and select PRODUCT RETURNS from the left hand menu.
  2. Click REQUEST A NEW PRODUCT RETURN.  Select the order you wish to return and fill out the return authorization form. Our customer service department will review your request. Watch your email! You will receive a notifcation when your free shipping label is ready to print.
  3. Once your return is authorized, log back into your account and navigate back to the PRODUCT RETURNS section to print your label.  No postage is required; shipping is on us!
  4. Pack up your items and attach the prepaid label to the box.
  5. Take your package to any authorized UPS location.
  6. You’re done!
